Refund Policy

All products sold in this store are digital study materials (PDF files) delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds after the download link has been accessed.

However, we will gladly help you if:
- The file is corrupted or does not open.
- You did not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.

In these cases, contact us at zeyadeisa2@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send you a working file or issue a refund.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
